CNC Grinding
Centreless Grinding Machine models CLG – 80 / 120 / TWIN Grip are heavy-duty precision centreless grinding machines designed for both, through feed and Automatic in-feed grinding. The Twin Grip principle delivers the highest precision and production output from a compact grinding machine. Machines are available with Al Oxide, SG, and Diamond Wheels. For high metal removal performances and large batch sizes, CBN Technology is also offered

Fixed Work Centreline ( TG Models)
- The basic design of the fixed center line principal in which both the grinding and the regulating Wheels are adjustable. Grinding wheels slide gives the feed.
- No adjustment to in and out feed devices is needed to compensate for Wheel Wear.
- This arrangement also simplifies the fixing of loading/unloading devices for workpieces and other bar feeding and gauging devices.
Spindle
Double Supported Spindles (TG Model)
Grinding as well as regulating Wheel spindles are supported at both ends by super–precision NNK bearing, along with highly accurate angular contact bearing for thrust load. The arrangement provides the highest rigidity during grinding to ensure accurate and uniform workpiece finish tolerances. Drive to the spindles is through splined torsion bars, which relieves belt tension loads.
BED
The machine bed is a heavy box structure type, heavily reinforced by ribs which ensure high rigidity and stability. An ample Gradient is provided for the free flow of chips and coolant Symmetrical grinding geometry is assured by the elimination of dynamic forces through the base.
Wheel slides: Both the wheel slides move on high precision turcite / antifriction (optional) guideways ensuring stick slip-free movement, high sensitivity, and accurate positioning, and high rigidity
AUTOMATIC INFEED SYSTEMS
The infeed slide is moved by a precision ground lead screw ( ball screw for CNC version ). It is driven by a hydraulic motor(Ac Servo motor for CNC version ).
The automatic plunge feed cycle operates as follows. The rapid approach, preselected Coarse and fine feed, sparking off for the preset timing on an adjustable timer, quick Return.
DRESSER SLIDE
The dressing Slides move hydraulically on turcite / antifriction linear guideways and copy the templates profile in the case of a hydraulic machine. Wheel dressing is done through servo motors for CNC machines. For mass production applications diamond roll dressing is done to reduce dressing time and to achieve better accuracies.
